The Paolo & Barbara restaurant, located in an ancient palace in the city of San Remo, has had a Michelin Star since 1990. Serving only 30 dishes and a traditional Ligurian cuisine of excellence, Chef Paolo continues with the tradition initiated by his father, along with a hand from his wife, a sommelier expert. Furthermore, they are the founders of the Italian Jeunes Restaurateurs Association since 1993.
